SUKHA DUKAALU:
devotees in the path of dharma,
sukham dukham i.e., happiness and sorrow is present from the time this sristhi has began. But, man never bothered about sorrows in life and faced them with great courage and bravery. He developed himself so strong from within that no sorrow would shatter him down. This courage of facing any trouble with confidence is the actual form of happiness where no sorrow or trouble can defeat us.He used to find ways to overcome any sought of trouble and unpleasantness and win successfully over them and he used to be a role model to others and guide others when they were in sorrow. This has been like this since beginning of human life or from the start of sristhi
All face or experience happiness and sorrow in their life time but, it all depends on us, as, how much importance are we giving to them..how are we accepting and seeing them in our life.
Sage Veda Vyasa has written in Bhagavatam about waht Geetaacharya had told about the 26 Daivika guna's.
Scholars say that in order for the welfare of the upcoming/future generations all these has been narrated to Arjuna as a medium to reach us...
Among all these 26 Daivika guna's(good virtues) if at least one is practiced with great dedication all the rest slowly fall in place i.e, practiced automatically as they are interlinked to each other...
Few of them are:
1. Abhayam - fearlessness/courage
2. Damam - control over sense organs
3. Ghaynam - cultivating of spiritual knowledge
4. Satva samsudhi - purity of mind
5. Swadyayamu - virtuous observance; self study
6. Ahimsa pravruthi - non- violence
7. Sarva bhootha daya - compassion to all beings
If we try and practice either of these, then all the other related Daivika guna's can be followed without any efforts.
Those who have these Daivika guns's i.e., good virtues are always in bliss and happy as sorrow can not destroy them or effect them.
People who are timid are only affected by sorrow...and they are always in stress when they face sorrow. So, never give up when you are in sorrow and do not surrender your self to sorrow..This state of not surrendering yourself to sorrow is called the sate of happiness as told by great scholars.
So, all my dear Datta priyas all of you try to be happy and stay in bliss. Try to improve and practice Daivika guna's in our day to day life by erasing rakshasa guna's ( wicked thinking and thoughts) thereby you can enjoy and experience happiness in your life till the maximum extent.
