Time management for Women::
I hope this post will be helpful.
3 )) Keep a schedule towards your kids and their studies &&
Keep a schedule for your chores and exercises, Kids outside and inside activities. Try to be very consistent with it.
4)) Keep reminders in your phone or in a notebook or keep an Alarm if you needed to take any morning, afternoon, night pills don't skip or forget to take your pills.
Try not to skip any of your meals no matter what the situations around you. Health is also most important.
5)) Keep less clutter around the house. Try to take out all the UN-necessary things from your house for at-least every 3 to 6 months. Keep the house clean and organized.
This process will take out all the negative energies from our house.
6)) Keep schedule for your prayers and try to be very consistent with it everyday.
7)) Try to write down all the house hold chores you needed to do every day. Sort out your mails/ Posts and don't forget to pay the bills ....Either keep them in certain place until you pay them off or keep reminders for it.
8)) Try to take your personal time or quiet time for yourself because each individual deserves to have some personal space. Try to keep a habit of calling list :: Means keep some good friends list with whom you can enjoy talking to or enjoy spending some time with them personally try to conduct play dates for kids so that it will be refreshing to you too with adult conversations and spending some time with the persons are at your age. Try to read some interesting magazines or Books. Try to keep a hobby to visit library for every 10 days or
for every 20 days....Borrow some magazines and books from it and try to read when you take out your kids for their out side activities like swimming, Kumon, Dance classes , etc ..etc... Try to utilize that time to read and enjoy those books.

1) Organize now : Jennifer Ford Berry :: You will enjoy reading this book. The book is very helpful in all aspects:
Find it in Barnes and noble book store or In Amazon.
2) For women's health and to find very interesting stories :: read Women's World Magazine : It is Very Very helpful & you can find it in any grocery store or in Libraries.
3) Real simple is again Another magazine which teaches us so many good things like.... life solutions, Social behavior and so many more interesting stories.
4) Discovery Girls magazine is also very informative and confidence boosting magazine for girls and women. Try to find it in library. Very Very helpful magazine for our Girls too once they turn 8 years old.
5) Oprah magazine :: I like Doctor Phil column from it. He teaches good things to realize and get awareness in our lives.
6) The village Bride Of Beverly Hills :: This book too : Very interesting story we can learn good things from this book too.
Many more good books are there but at this moment i can write these books names. Reading books gives us so much change in our lives and our attitude and things. Books are always very good friends to us.
