Requested Post :: (( Part - 3 ))
I hope every one will take it in a positive way and hope they will understand it with open mind. As....Most of our family members needed this post ...That is the reason i thought to address it here.
9) Always try to set your boundaries. It will keep you happy and healthy from all kinds of relations in this world.
10 ) In our life first thing we should have is:: ""Clarity"" about the things which are most important to us. And Clarity about our needs. When we have clarity in our life their wont be any chance for others to Rule on us. Which also includes Prioritizing the Things.
11) No matter how the circumstances are .....Try not to degrade yourself and try not to hate yourself.
Always remember :: If we are not going to respect ourselves and if we don't like ourselves....Then who else is going to respect us?? and who else is going to like us ??. Always follow give respect and take respect. First And love yourself and never ever try to degrade yourself in-front of others.
12) Write down the skills you needed to work with....Either its developmental or any Emotional changes...... Focus the reason behind them.....What is bothering you so much?? Why it is bothering you?? Is there anything we can do to get better from our end !!!..... Try not to repeat the same mistakes in lives over and over. Try to write the mistakes in a paper and not to repeat such things again. That will help to get awareness in our lives....
Like:: What we are doing ...how we are doing ..... In what areas we needed to work and improve.
13)Try to write down if you feel any good changes in your life :: If you are not willing to share with anyone....Keep a note book and keep writing in that :: It will give confidence and happiness and it will also increases more and more faith towards god or Guru.
14) Take care of most of the house hold responsibilities into your hands so that it will give less burden to your partner. He will get plenty of time to focus on his work and things.
Like:: If you take responsibilities to take kids to the school, attending their activities and taking doctor appointments and paying bills, house hold chores, If possible grocery shopping's too.... checking sales and getting the things we really need in our house. Try to go out and do volunteer work .....It will also gives a chance to interact with outside friends and it will also boost our confidence level and also will improve our social skills too.
15) As Spring season has already started :: Make a hobby to do gardening ....as the plants or seeds start growing .....
You will sure.... will enjoy the happiness from seeing our plants to grow everyday. And its good healthy activity too.
16) Last but not the least point is ::
Everyday try to wake up at same time and try to sleep at same time. If anybody is interested to know how i follow my schedule
i have no problem sharing it. Actually some of our family members have already asked me but.... I will post it according to the majority of members interested towards it.
